The total investment of the first phase of the project is about 5 billion yuan, and the construction scale is about 1.2 million square meters. The first phase of the project includes a main teaching building, a library, a stadium, a student apartment, a canteen and other supporting facilities. It is expected to be completed and put into use in September 2017.
